Work by volunteers David Thompson, Sarah W, and Laurie Yahr:
- Planted the easternmost wet area with spotted Joe Pye weed, wood anemone, and other species.
- Removed weeds including trees (except oak), thistle, willow saplings, and a coarse species of grass.
- Removed some trash and branches.
- Placed stakes to mark new plants and borders of the garden, to protect from mowing.
